picture interlude by fredfree picture interlude by fredfree
this notebook was originally used by some unknown somebody for keeping track of expenses back in 1942. i found it in an old industrial building and held onto it for about a dozen years or so until it finally seemed like it needed an unrelated interlude. which at this point was about 10 months ago. so i'm slow.

*used to make my print-on-demand book with the same name: [link]

thanks for looking.

This is a great journal. Been trying to do this with some old datebooks and used notebooks and such. Nice work!

Awsome... I've not done a book for aaages...
I've a similar binder, but with a joke collection. The person who wrote them down obviously doesn't get the jokes though... I should get on with it!

"somebody keeping track of expenses"

so trivial.

"back in 1942"

so much history.

funny, isn't it?

great interlude!

oh those expenses do have stories behind them... especially in those stormy times when the human mind was (already and still) a greenhouse for mental monstrosities.

Your works are always interesting to me, but sometimes I have no time to comment... But you've got to continue experimenting this ways, itěs cool and results are always unpredictable.

You've been busy, Ff! I like how this is old but not vintage-y looking. Again, I'm digging being able to see all the spreads together. Cool things with shapes and colors happening here. Because it's hard to see the details, this presentation is definitely a litmus test for color and composition!
